At Atelier Du Bliss, every artwork is an original, one-of-a-kind creation by Bliss. This means each piece carries its own unique character, including natural imperfections such as subtle bumps, marks, or texture variations. These qualities are not flaws—they are part of what makes your artwork truly special and authentic.

Because of this uniqueness, each piece is available in only one copy, and therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

2. No Return & Exchange Policy

  • All artworks sold through Atelier Du Bliss are final sale.
  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as:
    • Change of mind.
    • Perceived imperfections (as these are inherent to original art).
    • Color or texture differences due to screen display variations.

3. Damaged Artwork During Shipping

While returns and exchanges are not allowed, we take great care in packaging your artwork securely.
If your artwork arrives significantly damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the damaged artwork and packaging.

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer one of the following:

  • Full Refund to your original payment method.
  • Store Credit for future purchases (if preferred).

4. Why This Policy Exists

Original art is irreplaceable. Each piece is created with intention and cannot be duplicated. By purchasing from Atelier Du Bliss, you acknowledge and celebrate the individuality of handmade art.
